- It is returned in its original packaging, with all included parts

- The item is in resalable condition

Refund Policy

- Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund Processing Time (Including Cancellations)

Please note that all refunds - including those for cancelled orders or refunds initiated before

shipment - require 3 to 6 business days to reflect in your bank account.

This timeline is based on your bank's standard processing time and is not controlled by us. Once the

refund is triggered on our end; the funds are securely on their way.

Return Shipping Fee

All returns are subject to a £69 return delivery charge, which will be deducted from your refund

amount.

This covers the cost of collection for large furniture items.
